Rather Austrian in style (lots of varnished wood) sadly could do with some decor and fittings update. 6miles outside Para so a taxi ride onto town. Bhutan is a must place to visit before they open to the outside world.

a week agoWe had a fantastic stay at Tiger’s Nest Resort, Paro. The staff were extremely helpful and personable, making us feel very welcome. There was a great variety of food, all of excellent quality, and the views from our room were beautiful. A lovely experience overall. Would happily recommend!

a week agoIt's right across from Kokan-ji Temple! You can see Kokan-ji Temple from the hotel entrance! But our room this time faces a different direction, so I don't know if there are any other rooms with a view of Kokan-ji Temple.
