2 months agoThe hotel is in an awesome location, with direct access to the river. There are seats in the large garden to relax and enjoy the river view. About 5km from the downtown area, so a bit far from other cafes and restaurants. Rooms are expensive. Food is reasonably priced and yet of high quality and taste. They were also willing to customise and accommodate special requests. There is a very nice heated swimming pool and spa/sauna facilities. Above all, the staff of the hotel, from the chef, the restaurant personnel, the front desk managers, and our main contact person Mr Karki, were extremely helpful and always willing to meet our needs. I can highly recommend this property.

Every detail was handled with professionalism and genuine care. A special thank you to the chef for preparing delicious meals and accommodating requests with such dedication. A special mention to Tashi Tobgay, who truly went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect. His attention, dedication, and genuine hospitality made a real difference.
Additionally, the entire staff was absolutely wonderful — always kind, attentive, and eager to help. They created a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel at home throughout our stay.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bhutan. A truly memorable experience.

I had an incredible stay and easily give it a 10 out of 10. The hospitality across the entire property was excellent, but the highlight was the impeccable service from the Deputy Manager, Dippen. His coordination was flawless—he perfectly arranged our car services and local guide, making our trip completely hassle-free. Additionally, the room service was top-notch. 4 months agoLe Méridien Paro is truly a standout destination, and what sets it apart above everything else is its exceptional location. Nestled along the riverside and surrounded by stunning natural beauty, the setting is simply breathtaking and instantly calming.
The temperature during the stay was perfect—cool, fresh, and incredibly comfortable, adding to the overall charm of the place. One of the highlights was the heated pool, which made the experience even more luxurious and relaxing, especially in the crisp mountain weather.
The food quality was outstanding, with every meal thoughtfully prepared and full of rich flavors. What truly elevated the experience, though, was the hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure comfort and satisfaction, making the stay feel warm and memorable.
