We spent two nights here and overall, it was a fantastic stay! If you’re visiting Paro, this boutique resort is a really great choice and we were all very happy with it.
The absolute biggest highlight has to be the breakfast, it's one of the best, and it's amazing! We actually regretted a bit to have moved ("upgraded") to a nearby luxury hotel and the breakfast here is way much better.
The food was delicious and there were so many options to choose from, they even served fried noodles, which everyone loved! You can really tell the kitchen team puts a lot of heart into their food. The location is also perfect and super convenient, making it really easy to get around. The waiters at the breakfast counter was very friendly.
As for the rooms, the view (see photo) is absolutely beautiful, the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and the cleanliness was totally up to par. The staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our short stay. A nice little bonus was having a fan in the room, which came in super handy for drying our clothes overnight.
There were just one minor downside to note. First, the bathroom design is a bit flawed, there's no proper barrier, so the floor gets completely soaked whenever you take a shower.
That being said, this hotel was more than good enough. The amazing breakfast and hospitality definitely made it a memorable experience. Highly recommended!
Very nice hotel in a central location in Paro. Surrounded by a lot restaurants. Easy to catch a taxi to go to the airport in under 10 min. Very friendly staffs. Best breakfast we had throughout our trip in Bhutan!
Had a very comfortable stay at Green Valley Boutique. The rooms are tidy, the reception is clean and the staff are friendly. Its conveniently located near the town centre and the price is relatively low. If you're looking for value this is the hotel to book.
It was one of the most memorable experiences for me in terms of the high quality experience. Superior services (both personal touch and speed), delicious food, absolutely spic and span facilities, excellent location and uninterrupted fabulous views.
The hotel has a very cool lounge with a karaoke set up. It was thoroughly enjoyable.
I stayed at Green Valley Boutique in Paro for 1 night in October on arrival to Bhutan and prior to leaving for my tour of the rest of the country. I have nothing but excellent things to say about this hotel. Communication prior to arrival was seamless. They were able to arrange for a driver (for a reasonable additional fee) to pick me up from the airport. He was waiting for me at arrivals with a placard with my name on it. The hotel was one of the most comfortable hotels I stayed at during my 9 day trip in Bhutan. The beds are comfortable, the room is large and clean. The front desk staff is wonderful and ready to answer any and all questions. The central location within Paro town was perfect for exploring on foot. I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends and would absolutely stay here again.
