4 months agoPoor rooms and non functional bathroom. None of the taps were working. It is a very basic property. I have no clue how it is a 3 star hotel.
Only good thing goes in favor for this property is location. Right near the market area and walkable to the river.
If objective is low budget, only want to sleep and you don't mind broken toilet, then this is okey for you.

9 months agoWe stayed here as a part of package. The stay has parking, restuarant. The staff welcomes you with smile, we were alloted in double sharing with three beds. It mostly had all amenities, good view. Washroom was cleaning, the glass covering for shower was not there. Shower gel was over, shampoo was there in dispenser. Room had good beds and sheets, sofas. TV was turned on by staff but it dint run proper. Dinner had Tomato soup was not so good, phulka was good with gobi fry, bringal curry was very tasty, rice and daal were there. They provide drinks as well. It has lift.

7 months agoIt’s a amazing property. Rooms , view, ambiance,Food all are good. Also staff Is very cooperative with the guests. If planning to visit Punakha in Bhutan can stay here.

Don’t book hotels in Punakha from MakeMyTrip as they don’t have many options listed
Book via agents or traveller you have booked
Look for hotel such as Punakha boutique or any other
Do not go to this hotel
It will be spoiler for your trip

1 year agoI stayed 1 night and day at this hotel. It's location is good. Food was awesome in breakfast n lunch. Room were clean .staff is very cooperative and friendly. I will recommend this to my friends n family
