3 months agoAmazing stay. Amazing location, there's a flowing river right in front of the hotel and you can walk alongside and we had a river view. Rooms are extremely spacious, clean and well lit up. Special mention to their food- Amazing Indian food with good vegetarian options. Go for their breakfast and dinner buffet. The service was also great, staff is polite and helpful. Best due to it's location, it's a bit away from the city centre and there are good cafes at 10 mins walking distance.

6 months agoThis hotel could definitely work on cleaning the rooms, including spider webs on the ceiling and the dirt literally left on the desk as well as hairs behind the TV. Additionally, and perhaps more important one, this hotel needs to work on its hospitality. No the places we stayed in Bhutan this place failed miserably in the thank you for coming, how are you doing and do you need anything type questions. The most helpful person was the sweet woman who carried our luggage up the stairs to our room. This hotel has thin walls- and if you get stuff with noisy person like we did… Happy sleeping.

It may be an older property, but it is well maintained and comfortable. The rooms are very spacious, which made the stay pleasant.
Since there were fewer guests, the staff thoughtfully prepared food as per our request. The taste was excellent—very similar to home-style food prepared in India, which was a pleasant surprise.
Overall, a comfortable stay with good service and tasty food.

4 months agoExtremely bad experience. Water in bathroom is a constant problem. We stayed here for two days, and both days while taking shower, water stopped in between and we had to call housekeeping to restart the water. Basic services like iron/iron board are not available in the room.
Staff (restaurant and housekeeping) is good. It's more of a management problem. They need to upgrade services related aspects by investing more...

7 months agoResort offers a peaceful stay with beautiful natural surroundings and scenic views. Food was disappointing and very limited options. Rooms are decent, though some facilities could be improved. Overall, it’s a good option for a quiet getaway, but lots to improve .
