A special mention for the staff — Dechen Wangmo,Tanuka Devi, Ranjita, Sonam Kinley Choki, and Pema Yangchen — who made the stay even more memorable with their warmth, courtesy, and genuine hospitality. Their smiling faces, attentive service, and willingness to help truly added a personal touch. DECHEN, you have the prettiest smile.
The food was excellent, prepared with care and served beautifully. The cheerful and caring service during meals made every dining experience enjoyable.
It is rare to find a place where cleanliness, good food, and heartfelt hospitality come together so well. A truly comfortable stay and a place I would happily recommend.

2 months agoFooding was the best both dinner and breakfast. Rooms were also vast and premium (Even though we had booked a standard room) The sceneric view from the window was very beautiful filled with scenes of rice paddy fields and mountains. Ypu can also take a walk in those rice paddy fields as it os complimentary.

4 months agoIts a beautiful Hotel. The rooms are very neat and clean and spacious too. Almost all rooms are overlooking beautiful paddy fields and mountains in the distant landscape. The coffee shop is beautiful and the Buffets served are lavish and nice. Adjoining the coffee shop is an open terrace with beautiful views. The Hotel was kind enough to pack our breakfast as we had to leave early in the morning. I was pleasantly surprised with this Hotel and would definitely recommend it for your Punakha visit.

3 months agoJust for the view. It's beautifully located, once you look out of balcony you'll forget everything. Or else their rooms weren't so clean and service too was bit hay-wired. Food was average; few items were very delicious but quality was a question mark. The staff was very nervous and we felt somewhere overworked or didn't want to work as hospitality was missing in their service. Probably due to running at full capacity when we arrived or something else but yeah service and warmth was missing which could be seen in cleaning of room and hygiene upkeep.
