3 months agoI had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Paro.
Every member of the front desk team was incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. I occasionally got confused by the room door lock, and no matter how many times I asked for help, the staff patiently assisted me with a smile every single time. Their kindness and professionalism made me feel very welcome.
Because I had some early morning activities and needed to leave before the regular breakfast hours, the hotel thoughtfully prepared a breakfast package for me. This small gesture was greatly appreciated and showed how much they care about their guests.
I would also like to give special thanks to Ms. Ninda, the guide recommended by the hotel. She was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. Her explanations were detailed and informative, helping me better understand Bhutanese culture, history, and daily life. She was always willing to answer questions and went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend her to anyone visiting Paro.
Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable. I would happily stay here again in the future.

4 months agoWe stayed here for 2 nights and it was a pleasant experience. The staff were courteous and helpful, the food was good.
A few suggestions for improvement :
There are too many flies in the room. Mesh needs to be provided in doors and windows.
They have nice balconies overlooking the river but no seating. They should provide chairs and a table.
The toilets need to have a towel rack and clothes hooks.
All said, it was a good experience and I would recommend it.

1 month agoPretty good rooms, I stayed here for one night, it’s walking distance to the main town area for shopping & a lot of eatery options as well.
The staff was available at 5:30am to help with the bags & They gave us a packed breakfast which was well packed.
The water pressure is in the room is 10/10 & there’s hot water available, everything was neat & tidy with a nice view of the stream nearby from my room.

4 months agoSpacious, well-furnished room with wood paneling, good lighting, a heater, and a full-length mirror. The washroom was very clean, with a reliable water heater and excellent plumbing.
The staff were very cooperative and attentive, which made the stay more comfortable.
A couple of areas for improvement: the milk sachets provided for tea were expired and puffed, so I had to skip using them. Also, the balcony could use a chair and small table.
Overall, a comfortable stay.

3 months agoWe had an absolutely amazing time at Hotel Khamsum! It wasn’t just about the stay; we had so much genuine fun here, playing tons of games and making incredible memories that we will cherish for a long time. Even though we were very noisy and probably caused a lot of disruptions, the staff patiently accommodated us and handled all the hassle with a smile.
The food was spectacular—every meal served was delicious and full of flavor. A huge thank you to the wonderful team who looked after us: Manager Kezang Choden for ensuring everything ran smoothly, and Sonam Chophel at the night reception for the warm welcome. The FNB team, Sangay and Sanu, gave us fantastic service during our meals, and a special shoutout to Nidup Dorji in the kitchen for making such amazing food. Thank you all for a beautiful and memorable experience!
