2 weeks agoWe visited this place for lunch last week, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The menu had very limited options, the food took almost an hour to arrive, and the taste was quite average. However, the most concerning part was the behaviour of the lady at the reception, who was managing orders and serving as well. There was an error in the bill calculation, and we were charged extra. When we pointed out the discrepancy, she demanded an additional amount as a service charge and began behaving very strangely. The situation escalated to the point where she almost raised her hand at one of my friends before suddenly breaking down in tears. The chef eventually had to intervene, clarify the calculation error, and ask her to calm down. We were genuinely shocked by the entire incident. Poor food and slow service are one thing, but such unprofessional and unpredictable behaviour towards customers is completely unacceptable. Overall, a very disappointing experience, and unfortunately, not a place we would recommend.

2 weeks agoExtremely Disappointing Experience at Loft We were a group of 8–10 people, and despite being the only customers, our food took nearly an hour to arrive. The taste was average at best. To make matters worse, the billing staff initially overcharged us by ₹200 due to a calculation error. After we pointed it out multiple times, she corrected the bill but suddenly added a service charge at the last moment. When we questioned why it wasn’t included earlier, she behaved aggressively, repeatedly told us to shut up pay the bill with service charge and leave, and almost raised her hand at me twice. This was a shocking and upsetting experience, especially in a country known for its hospitality. I would never recommend Loft cafe to anyone.
