a month agoI have visited Bao Cafe & Coffee once with my tourists and four times with my family, and every visit has been a wonderful experience. Their service is simply unbeatable—friendly, attentive, and consistently excellent. I think Bao Cafe & Coffee is the only place in Thimphu where the majority of the menu is dedicated to delicious baos. Just like a traditional Chinese tea house, they offer both steamed and fried baos with a variety of flavorful fillings. On my recent visit, I ordered the steamed beef and chicken baos, along with pizza and dumplings. Everything was delicious, and I especially loved the complimentary soup, which was a perfect addition to the meal. Located below Buddha Point Road, away from the busy town center, the cafe offers a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere, making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy quality time with your family. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food, outstanding service, and a quiet dining experience in Thimphu.
