a month agoAwesome stay.. Very humble desk people.. Humble room service.. Love Bhutan and Bhutanese.. Price seemed a little higher but worth the stay.. Both Indian and Bhutanese currency accepted.. All Upi payments accepted too.. Neatness and tidyness.. Definitely something for the Indian hotel owners to learn.. (Not being offensive) If you want to stay at Phuntsholing.. this hotel is a good option.. for sure .. no doubt..

a month agoWent for a dinner out and no one came to take orders. Asked three times for a glass of beer and waited for 20mins, yet no one came. Then had to leave ultimately. Zero service literally.

2 months agoRooms are okay for a 3 star expectation. The hotel is placed in the most convenient location. Food quality is good. Do not expect gourmet but apart from that taste is good, Indian food is served.
